Job summary

fomo is seeking a Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator to own the day-to-day physical and social experience of our NYC office. This hands-on role involves executive and VIP support, the upcoming office move, and ensuring a smooth in-person experience in Soho.

You will manage logistics, vendor relationships, events, catering, and front-of-house duties as team members operate in a fast-paced startup environment with strong in-person culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in workplace/office management, hospitality, or executive support.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong vendor and logistics coordination skills.
• Experience supporting executives, VIPs, or high-touch clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead office logistics for the upcoming NYC move and space planning.
• Continuously improve the office experience for employees.
• Plan team events, lunches, and off-sites.
• Coordinate guest visits and VIP program bookings/logistics.
• Prepare the office for external events, meetings, and shoots.
• Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate daily lunch orders and catering.
• Serve as front-of-house presence for visitors and guests.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator to own the day-to-day physical and social experience of our NYC office. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems before anyone has to ask — you'll be trusted with everything from executive and VIP support to running point on our office move this fall.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading office logistics for our upcoming move (targeting 11/1) and ongoing space planning
• Continuously improving the office experience for employees
• Planning team events, lunches, and off-sites
• Coordinating guest visits and VIP program bookings/logistics
• Preparing the office for external events, meetings, and content shoots
• Keeping the office stocked (supplies, snacks, drinks) and managing vendor relationships
• Coordinating daily lunch orders and catering
• Serving as a front-of-house presence as more visitors and guests come through

This role is in-person in NYC. We have a strong in-person culture and just moved into a new spacious office in Soho (with another move coming this fall).

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 3-5+ years of experience in workplace/office management, hospitality, or executive support
• Comfortable wearing many hats and operating with autonomy in a fast-paced startup
• Strong vendor and logistics coordination skills
• Experience supporting executives, VIPs, or high-touch clients is a plus
