Job summary

Insidesource is seeking a Senior CX Designer (CX Designer 3) to lead high-impact workplace projects from pitch to post-installation. You will mentor junior staff, drive design vision, and ensure alignment with client business goals while partnering with sales and leadership on innovative space planning and product specifications.

Expertise in contract furniture workflows, strong communication, and the ability to manage large-scale multi-floor projects are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years interior design and/or furniture dealership experience.
• Expert in design process, workplace strategy, and project execution for contract furniture industry workflow.

Responsibilities

• Validates scope of work and design intent with the project Account Manager.
• Develops the project design strategy and identifies furniture solutions for assigned projects.
• Performs programming sessions to obtain client requirements and relay them to teammates.
• Creates and maintains AutoCAD/Revit drawings and updates floor plans as needed.
• Generates space plans, test fits, and furniture layouts.
• Produces complete drawings and installation documents through project life cycle.
