Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Senior Systems Specialist at its Brentwood, TN corporate office to oversee the design, health, and live execution of in-building AV, hybrid meeting spaces, and event technology.

Responsibilities include managing conference room hardware, supporting live production for town halls and executive events, and coordinating with executives, facilities, and vendors. Requires an Associate's in CS and 3+ years in corporate AV.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science required.
• 3+ years of corporate AV, UC, and live event tech experience.
• Experience with Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, Webex Room systems.
• Hands-on with Crestron/Extron; DSPs from Shure/Biamp/Q-SYS.
• Familiarity with Dante/NDI and conference room networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support live production for high-visibility town halls and events.
• Manage conference room hardware, UC setups, and digital signage.
• Collaborate with executives for on-premises and remote AV needs.
• Troubleshoot real-time AV/network issues with minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with facilities and vendors for upgrades and builds.
• Perform routine maintenance and health checks on AV systems.
