Job summary

Crescent Energy invites an experienced Workover Rig & Consultant Lead to guide field operations across our upstream assets. You will direct daily rig activities, mentor site consultants, and coordinate with engineers to optimize intervention work and production uptime.

With 10–15 years in rig supervision and certified in well control and safety, you will manage costs, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10–15 years of experience supervising workover rig operations.
• Extensive experience with workover rig supervision and recompletions.
• Experience with acid stimulation, coil tubing, wireline, fishing, swabbing, cleanouts, and post-rig start-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily workover rig operations across assigned areas.
• Supervise and mentor field consultants with safety, reporting, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and service providers to plan and execute well intervention activities.
• Review and approve daily rig reports with WellView documentation.
