Job summary

Crescent Energy seeks a seasoned Wellsite Supervisor to lead and oversee daily workover rig operations in Utah. You will mentor field staff, coordinate with engineers and service companies, review WellView reports, and monitor performance and costs to identify improvements.

Required are 10–15 years of supervisory workover experience, expertise in recompletions, acid stimulation, coil tubing and associated services, plus WellView proficiency and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years supervising workover operations.
• Experience with recompletions, acid stimulation, coil tubing, wireline.
• Well completions and post-rig start-up support; contractor oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workover rig operations across assigned areas.
• Supervise field consultants; enforce safety and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and service companies to plan workovers.
• Review daily rig reports and WellView documentation.
• Monitor performance, downtime, costs; drive improvements.
• Oversee recompletions, acid stim, coil tubing, wireline, fishing, swabbing, cleanouts.
• Ensure equipment, materials, and services are ready.
• Verify handoff and assist startup; track lessons learned.
