The Workover Rig & Consultant Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing all workover rig operations and field consultants across assigned assets. This role provides operational leadership, technical guidance, safety oversight, and quality assurance to ensure workover activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
The successful candidate will work closely with Workover Foremen, Production Operations, Engineering, Well Analysts, contractors, and service providers to maximize rig efficiency, minimize downtime, control costs, and safely return wells to production.
Working knowledge of production equipment including wellheads, flowlines, separators, treaters, tanks, compressors, VRUs, gas lift systems, plunger lift systems, pumping units, and related surface equipment is required.
Additional industry certifications are considered a plus.
