Job summary

Grupo Eulen USA is seeking a Senior Workforce Strategy & Resource Optimization Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and analytics across airport ground handling operations. You will develop scalable workforce models, forecast demand, and drive productivity improvements to support profitable growth.

The role requires experience in manpower modeling, airline KPIs, and vendor oversight, with strong leadership and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience building manpower models from flight schedules.
• Experience with airline KPIs and SLAs.
• Experience supporting airport operations preferred.
• Strong skills in data interpretation and presenting insights to executives.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year workforce strategies aligned with growth and seasonality.
• Own labor budgets, forecast costs, and ensure profitability while meeting SLAs.
• Oversee third-party staffing vendors and monitor contract performance.
• Drive automation and BI tools to enable predictive scheduling.
• Deliver actionable insights and executive-level workforce reporting.
