The incumbent will lead learning initiatives, coordinate training programs, track workforce skills, and mentor staff while driving upskilling efforts, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, all within a compliant

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs, coordinate training, track workforce skills, and support employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives.
