Job summary

PMA Companies is seeking a Sr Workforce Data Analyst to lead analytics initiatives across HR and payroll data sources. The role focuses on building data models, governance, and scalable datasets to support reporting, dashboards, automation, and workforce insights.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to ensure data accuracy, security, and availability for analytical use while leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, HR, CS, or related field.
• Experience building data structures, models, or processes for reporting and analytics.
• Experience extracting, transforming, integrating, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Strong data modeling, governance, and data quality principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and data visualization.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, SharePoint, or Power Query.
• Ability to create scalable, repeatable data processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance workforce data structures, models, and processes for HR reporting and analytics.
• Transform data from HCM, payroll, and other sources into analytics-ready datasets.
• Build scalable data and automation solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint.
• Collaborate with the Senior Workforce Analyst to support dashboards and metrics expansion.
• Translate business requirements into data models and automated solutions.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Support data governance, privacy, and access controls.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and data-management processes.
• Partner across HR, Payroll, IT, Finance to integrate new data sources.
• Assist with HCM implementations, data migrations, and historical data initiatives.
