Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with complex datasets and developing data structures to support reporting and analytics.
• Ability to transform and validate data from multiple systems to analytics-ready datasets.
• Familiarity with BI tools and Microsoft data/automation technologies (Power BI, Fabric, Automate).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce data structures, models, and processes for HR reporting and analytics.
• Transform and integrate data from HCM, payroll, and other sources into reliable datasets.
• Build scalable data/automation solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and SharePoint.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support dashboards, data visualization, and workforce metrics growth.
• Translate business requirements into data models, governance, and automated processes.
• Validate data and perform root-cause analysis to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support data governance, privacy, and access controls for sensitive HR/payroll data.
