Job summary

Old Republic Commercial Risk is seeking a Senior Workforce Data Analyst to build and maintain data models, tools, and processes for HR and workforce analytics. You will integrate data from modern and legacy sources, ensuring accuracy, security, and usability for reporting, dashboards, and automation.

You will partner with HR, IT, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related technologies, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience modeling, transforming, integrating, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and security principles.
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization, preferably Power BI.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power Query.
• Ability to develop scalable, repeatable data processes and automate reporting.
• Experience supporting HR/payroll or workforce data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance workforce data structures, models, and processes for HR reporting and analytics.
• Transform data from current and legacy HCM, payroll, and other sources into analytics-ready datasets.
• Build and support scalable data and automation solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
• Partner with stakeholders to support reporting, dashboards, and expanded workforce metrics.
• Translate business requirements into data models, datasets, and automated processes.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis to ensure data accuracy.
• Support data governance including definitions, lineage, access controls, and privacy.
