• Experience with R and Python and other statistical tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Data Science, Analytics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR functional areas to identify talent priorities and transform data into insights.
• Conduct trends, statistical and predictive analyses to inform HR workforce decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track workforce KPIs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Data Architecture teams to roadmap analytics priorities.
• Ensure data quality and governance for reliable analytics results.
