Leonard Law Group in Chicago is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation trial attorney who can independently manage a litigation caseload from open to close, advocating for clients through all stages of the claims process.

You will manage your own caseload of workers' compensation matters, build the litigation plan, take treater and IME depositions, negotiate with adjusters and opposing counsel, appear before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, try cases, and maintain regular

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience litigating workers' compensation cases
• Licensed in Illinois (Indiana admissions a plus)
• Spanish fluency is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of workers' compensation matters from open to close
• Build litigation plan and conduct treater/IME depositions
• Negotiate with adjusters and opposing counsel
• Appear before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission
