Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of paralegal experience. Nevada Workers' Compensation experience preferred but not required.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training.
• Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and terminology.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, appeals, and correspondence with administrative agencies.
• File evidence, appeals, and filings through E-Flex electronic filing system.
• Prepare settlements and documents for attorney review.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, providers, and courts.
• Support attorneys through all stages of case preparation and review.
