Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months experience in processing medical payments or knowledge of medical terms
• Six months experience with workers' compensation claims in any capacity
• Six months experience in customer service and providing information to callers
• Ability to examine and evaluate workers' compensation data and conduct fact‑fact-finding investigations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work independently
