• Provide empathetic customer service to claimants, supporting them through each step of the process.
• Handle claims in accordance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support outcomes.

About You

• 4+ years' experience adjusting complex workers' compensation claims from initial contact to resolution.
• Experience in IA, IL, IN, MO, MI, WI jurisdictions.
• Active licenses in designated states or reciprocal licenses like TX or FL.
