How you'll make an impact

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan appropriate actions, and resolve claims effectively.
• Interact extensively with involved parties to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the process.
• Handle claims in accordance with client and company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity promptly and efficiently to support claim outcomes.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• 4+ years of experience adjusting workers compensation claims involving lost time/indemnity.
• Jurisdictional experience in Missouri.
• Active adjuster licenses in TX or FL, or a designated home state license.

As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using your analytical skills.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver solutions and improve claims management.
• Think critically, solve problems, and prioritize tasks to best serve clients and claimants.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant claims experience.
• Proper licensing/certification in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Proficiency with claims and business software.
