Overview: Role specifics:

• Jurisdiction experience: Required - VT
• Active Adjusters' license: Required - active VT adjuster license
• Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.

How you'll make an impact:

• Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims effectively.
• Communicate extensively with involved parties to ensure effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, demonstrating empathy throughout the claims process.
• Handle claims in accordance with clients' and company's policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Document and communicate claim activity efficiently to support claim outcomes.

About you:

Ideal candidates will have:

• Claims background in Workers Compensation, Lost-Times
• Jurisdictional experience in VT
• Active VT adjuster license
• At least 5 years of related claims experience
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Proficiency with claims and business software

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree.
