Senior Attorney / Partner Workers Compensation

Location: Mt. Laurel, NJ (Hybrid)

Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 annually

Based in Mt. Laurel, NJ, we are a well-established multidisciplinary law firm known for its client-focused approach collaborative culture and commitment to delivering practical results. The Mt. Laurel office is expanding and seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Senior Attorney / Partner to join a growing team handling sophisticated workers' compensation matters. This role is ideal for a seasoned workers' compensation attorney who values courtroom work client relationships and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on workers' compensation and related legal issues
• Draft pleadings motions briefs and agreements with accuracy and efficiency
• Represent clients in court hearings conferences motion practice and trial as needed
• Manage a caseload and client relationships independently while collaborating with firm attorneys on complex matters

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with admission to practice in New Jersey state court required
• 5 -10 years of workers' compensation experience with familiarity with New Jersey state and federal Rules of Court and Rules of Evidence preferred
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 ProLaw Excel and electronic document management software preferred
