Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Partner/Group Lead in Workers' Compensation Defense for their West Palm Beach, FL office. This position offers an exceptional chance to build a market-leading practice by utilizing extensive relationships and firm-funded resources.

The successful candidate will lead their practice, manage key client relationships, and handle complex defense matters. A Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and a minimum of 5 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense.
• A portable book of business with established client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow your practice by leveraging existing business and firm resources.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for key clients.
• Handle complex Workers' Compensation defense matters from investigation through resolution.
• Develop new client relationships through networking and industry events.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop associate attorneys and support staff.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
