We Are Legal Revolution in Chicago seeks a senior workers’ compensation defense attorney at the partner level to step into an active defense docket and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. This confidential opportunity offers a focus on defense work, leadership, and strategic guidance.

The role features a hybrid schedule with three days in the office, strong case management responsibilities, and opportunities to lead matters while expanding the practice.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of workers’ compensation defense litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Strong case management skills, including the ability to run matters independently and communicate clearly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Defend workers’ compensation claims from initial evaluation through resolution, including strategy, budgeting, and client communication.
• Handle core litigation tasks such as discovery, depositions, medical record analysis, motion practice, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Advise clients on risk exposure, claim handling strategy, and case resolution options.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to manage files efficiently and maintain high-quality work product.
