Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document claims file by accurately capturing and updating data and ensuring compliance.
• Determine liability by gathering facts and applying relevant law.
• Verify coverage determinations by analyzing applicable policy language.
• Develop case strategy and evaluation to achieve timely resolutions.
• Establish reserves within authority and monitor throughout the claims cycle.
• Assess damages and calculate possible ranges supported by law.
• Negotiate settlements within authority limits using available tools.
• Maintain quality standards by following best practices.
