• TX experience is required
• Experience with claims in AR, OK, CO and LA is preferred or learnable

Responsibilities

• Investigates assigned claims with minimal supervision
• Determines coverage, compensability, and potential for subrogation
• Maintains and adjusts reserves with documented rationale
• Negotiates settlements within authority
• Coordinates return-to-work strategies with PMA nurses
• Travels for business purposes up to 10%
