You will determine coverage, reserves, subrogation potential, negotiate settlements, collaborate with medical and legal teams, and manage vendors while maintaining strong customer service with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in workers' compensation claims, high complexity preferred.
• Experience handling NJ and PA jurisdiction claims is required.
• Active license or ability to obtain within 90 days in mandated states.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve high-complexity workers' compensation claims with minimal supervision.
• Determine coverage, compensability, and potential for subrogation recovery.
• Establish reserves with documented rationale and adjust as needed throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Negotiate settlements with client approval and coordinate return-to-work strategies.
