The role requires 3–5 years in WC claims, NJ/PA jurisdiction knowledge, an active license, and strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years' experience handling lost time workers' compensation claims.
• Experience with NJ and PA jurisdiction is required.
• Active license required or ability to obtain within 90 days in mandated states.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and Workers' Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate assigned claims with minimal supervision, including complex cases.
• Determine coverage, compensability, and subrogation potential.
• Establish reserves with documented rationale and adjust over the life of the claim.
• Negotiate settlements with client approval and manage case resolution plans.
• Collaborate with PMA nurse professionals on return-to-work strategies.
• Travel for business purposes as needed (approximately <10%).
