Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical terminology and workers' compensation terms.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex claims with minimal supervision and resolve them promptly.
• Determine coverage, compensability, subrogation potential, and second injury fund eligibility.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to negotiate settlements and plan resolution.
• Maintain reserves with documented rationale and adjust as exposure changes.
