Clemens Food Group seeks an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager to own our claims program and strengthen outcomes across complex issues, including medical strategy and settlements.

You will work with a TPA, outside counsel, Safety, Occupational Health, and Finance to evolve the program and drive results across multiple jurisdictions. This is an on-site, high-impact role with travel about 10%.

Formación

• 10+ years of substantive workers’ compensation claims-management experience.
• Strong Pennsylvania expertise with multi-jurisdiction exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on oversight of a high-volume workers’ compensation program with focus on PA and MI.
• Evaluate complex, disputed, and high-exposure claims, including medical strategy and reserves.
• Direct and challenge the TPA for proactive handling and timely resolutions.
• Review medical information and coordinate with occupational health for causation and work status.
• Collaborate with outside counsel to guide contested and litigated claims.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends, costs, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Safety and Occupational Health on investigations and return-to-work opportunities.
