Gallagher Bassett is seeking a seasoned Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster in a fully remote role. The position requires at least 5 years of claims experience, active adjuster licensure, and jurisdictional knowledge of CO. A valid license in applicable states is required.

You will analyze complex claims, coordinate with clients and claimants, ensure timely communication, and uphold company policies while delivering empathetic service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsabilités

• Analyze claims exposure and determine proper action to resolve claims.
• Interact with clients, claimants, and other parties to ensure clear communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients with empathy.
• Handle claims in accordance with client and company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Document claim activity timely to support the claim file outcome.
