Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of HRIS, HCM, or enterprise application experience.
• Five or more years of hands-on Workday functional configuration experience.
• Expertise in Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Talent Management areas.
• Experience leading Workday implementations or major optimization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Workday processes, security, reporting, and testing.
• Understanding of timekeeping, absence administration, performance, succession, and development.
• Experience gathering requirements and converting them into scalable functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across technical and functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Workday certification or Workday Pro accreditation in relevant areas.]

• Understanding of workforce operations, timekeeping, absence administration, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
• Experience gathering requirements and converting them into scalable functional solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across technical and functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, human resources, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Workday certification or Workday Pro accreditation in relevant functional areas.
