Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to administer Workday Time Tracking and Absence. You will work with HR, Payroll and IT to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy and compliance across North America.

You will configure system settings, support releases, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvements for scalable HR technology. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HRIS with Workday expertise are required; strong Excel and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, or HR technology experience.
• Experience supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
• Experience with Workday reporting, configuration, and security administration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Support: Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence, manage rules and processes.
• Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain accurate workforce data and support SOX/compliance.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports and dashboards for HR and business decisions.
• Projects & Continuous Improvement: Identify automation opportunities and support implementations.
• Train users on Workday functionality and reporting; support UAT and change management.
