SYSTEM West Virginia University Health System is seeking an experienced architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise architecture across business, clinical, and administrative applications in the United States. You will provide strategic consultation, lead design of complex systems, and mentor peers while aligning technology with business goals.

The role requires 5–7 years of Workday experience, a strong healthcare background, and the ability to manage large-scale architecture

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics or related field and eight years of system analysis experience required.
• Or a high school diploma with twelve years of system analysis experience required.
• Certification within four months of training may be required.
• Internal employees must meet mandatory competencies for promotion.
• 5–7 years of Workday experience.
• Healthcare system/environment experience preferred.
• Experience with data integration, roadmaps and/or technical/workflow architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Provides strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing business processes and technologies.
• Specifies and designs large or complex systems, selects design standards and tools.
• Produces detailed component requirements and translates them into solutions.
• Leads improvement programs and manages vendor and team relationships.
• Oversees enterprise change management and ensures processes are followed.
• Maintains knowledge of technical aspects and mentors peers and partners.
• Travel to WVUHS facilities may be required to assist with implementations.
