Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics or related field with 8 years of system analysis experience required.
• Alternatively, high school diploma with 12 years of system analysis experience required.
• Certification may be required within four months of certification training.

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing business processes and functions.
• Specify and design large or complex systems, solutions, or processes and select design standards/tools.
• Lead improvement programs and manage change across affected teams.
• Mentor peers and stakeholders using technical expertise and training.
• Oversee enterprise change management processes within area of responsibility.
