Job summary

Blue Yonder is hiring an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead scalable design across HCM and two additional modules, with mandatory reporting expertise. This role supports remote work in the US with Dallas as a preferred location and up to 15% travel.

You will partner with HR, IT, and Payroll to deliver efficient Workday solutions and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include configuring modules, building complex reports, and guiding agile delivery using Jira.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday experience with architecture/senior consulting responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree from a reputed university/institute.
• Hands-on Workday HCM with at least two modules plus reporting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday solution architecture, design, configuration, and optimization.
• Partner with HR, IT, Payroll and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Provide SME in 2+ modules plus reporting and security controls.
• Design and optimize business processes, workflows, and notifications.
• Review designs for scalability, compliance, maintainability.
• Lead enhancements, releases, integrations, and production support.
• Develop Workday reports, dashboards, and data validations.
• Configure Workday Docs forms and various report types.
