Job summary

Arohana Tech Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Workday initiatives, including configuration, implementation, enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and application support.

You will serve as a Workday expert, gather requirements, and translate them into effective solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of overall experience with hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong experience in Workday configuration, implementation, enhancements, or production support.
• Good understanding of Workday functionality and business processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday applications and business processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Support Workday configuration, implementation, enhancements, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to address application requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support Workday integrations with internal and external enterprise applications, where applicable.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration records.
• Recommend process improvements and Workday best practices.
