Job summary

Accrescent Group is seeking an experienced Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Workday-related initiatives, including configuration, implementation, enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, and application support. The role requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of overall experience with hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong experience in Workday configuration, implementation, enhancements, or production support.
• Good understanding of Workday functionality and business processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday applications and business processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Support Workday configuration, implementation, enhancements, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to address application requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support Workday integrations with internal and external enterprise applications, where applicable.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Maintain functional documentation, process flows, and configuration records.
• Recommend process improvements and Workday best practices.
