The Senior Workday Security Analyst is responsible for managing the security settings, user access, and data protection within the Workday HCM (Human Capital Management), Finance and Supply Chain system. This role ensures that security configurations are aligned with organizational policies and compliance requirements, while providing support and troubleshooting for security-related issues. The role will proactively communicate and collaborate with Human Resources, Finance and Supply Chain to define strategies for security administration.

Position Specifics:
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
• Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.
• Compensation that aligns with your experience
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field is required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent plus five years of relevant experience in IT, or other related field may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience Qualifications
  • 5 years of information technology or healthcare experience is required with a focus in Enterprise Resource Planning or Security.
  • 2 years of technical Workday experience is required.
  • (This experience level is required in addition to the experience that would be required in lieu of education if colleague does not meet the bachelor’s degree requirement.)
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Workday Pro Certification is required within 1 year of date of hire; Workday Pro Certification upon hire is highly preferred.

Pay Range:

$31.03 - $46.54

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
