I hope you have been enjoying the nice weather! I am looking to hire a full-time Health & Safety Coordinator/HR Admin Specialist for a reputable manufacturing company here in Menomonee Falls, WI (53051). This role will be a permanent position and is looking to interview/start immediately!

Pay: $25-31/hr (based on experience) + Benefits

Schedule: M-F, 8am – 4:30am

Remote: No, 100% onsite

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement all health and safety related programs
• Safety committees and safety training
• Organize and maintain company’s safety data sheets (SDS)
• Investigate accidents and problems and prepare accident reports
• Implement correction actions for accidents with input from Departmental Heads
• Inspect First Aid Kits/AED and work with vnedors
• Annual hearing and blood lead testing
• Worker’s Comp Compliants
• HR aspects (not payroll)- new hire safety, I9 verifications, New Hire and Termination checklist coordination

Must Have:

• 3-5 years of health safety experience
• HR Admin experience, it will be 50/50 role of safety/HR
• Complete all OSHA logs and Forms
