FORTNA is seeking a Workday Reporting & Security Analyst to join the Workday Support team. You will deliver accurate workforce reporting, build dashboards, and maintain security configurations across payroll, time tracking, benefits, and recruiting.

You will partner with HR and senior management to define reporting needs, validate data, and ensure compliance with data privacy and SOX requirements. A strong background in Workday Report Writer and security is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience with HR/Finance information systems and report development tools.
• Strong Workday reporting and security experience.
• HR functional experience with data models, org structures, and roles.
• Knowledge of SOX and data privacy regulations.

• Define reporting requirements with HR and stakeholders and develop, maintain, and test Workday reports.
• Deliver workforce metrics, trends, and insights via Workday reports and dashboards.
• Manage Workday security, access, audits, and release testing; ensure data privacy compliance.
• Validate reports for accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Document report functionality and update for system releases.
• Monitor and implement Workday security features and role administration.
