Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a reporting-focused professional to design, build, and maintain a wide range of custom reports using the Workday Report Writer tool, working closely with finance and payroll stakeholders in Pleasanton, CA.

You will leverage Prism Analytics to transform large datasets, migrate reports across Sandbox, Pre-Production, and Production environments, and develop complex calculated fields to extend Workday's reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus three (3) years of experience in data analytics or related occupation.
  • Three years (36 months) of experience in data analysis and interpretation, working with business stakeholders (HR, Finance, etc.), translating high‑level business questions into technical specifications for multiple reports, troubleshooting report issues, resolving data discrepancies, developing creative solutions to meet client needs, and training end‑users on how to run, interpret, and leverage multiple reports.

About the Role

Compensation

Salary Range: $133,952 – $167,900.
