Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced QA professional to drive Workday functional testing across HR domains. You will design and execute test plans, validate releases, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production deployments.

The role emphasizes automated testing using Kainos Workday tools, defect management in Jira, and delivering comprehensive QA artifacts. The position is hybrid with frequent collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of quality assurance experience with Workday testing preferred.
• Hands-on testing of Workday functional areas (HCM, Recruiting, Core Compensation, etc.).
• Experience with Jira, Quality Center, Kainos and Selenium.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and plan testing for Workday HR solutions.
• Design, document, and maintain test cases and test plans.
• Test Workday functionality across HCM, Recruiting, Time-Off, Learning, Security.
• Perform release testing and validate system changes.
• Manage defects in Jira and coordinate with developers.
• Implement test automation with Kainos tools and related technologies.
• Support multiple Workday projects and prioritize deliverables.
• Improve QA processes, templates, and standard work practices.
• Maintain project visibility with daily standups and Jira updates.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting and IT stakeholders.
• Protect data privacy and information security during testing.
• Deliver QA artifacts on schedule for production readiness.
