Job summary

Houston Methodist seeks a Workday Technical Analyst to design, configure, integrate, and support the Workday platform, ensuring secure, scalable solutions. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive process efficiency while ensuring data integrity and compliance with standards.

The role requires strong Workday expertise, experience with Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services, plus a track record in integrations.

Qualifications

Five years IT experience including three years in senior engineer/analyst/consultant roles
Three years ERP integration experience
Experience with Workday platform and related integration tools

Responsibilities

Collaborates with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Workday solutions
Provides technical guidance and training on Workday functionality, integrations, and reporting
Builds partnerships with internal stakeholders and vendors to align priorities and resolve issues
Configures, tests, and deploys Workday enhancements, integrations, and security updates
Monitors Workday integrations for data accuracy and timely processing across systems
Provides tier-2/3 support for Workday issues within SLAs
Develops and maintains technical documentation and integration mappings
Executes testing protocols for Workday changes to validate performance and usability
