CVS Health is seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Developer to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Workday and internal or external systems. You will apply extensive experience with Workday Extend, Orchestrate, Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors to deliver reliable data flows and scalable integration solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, finance, and vendors, ensuring deployments are smooth, compliant, and aligned with Workday best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Extend and Orchestrate, Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and other relevant tools.
• 5+ years' experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience resolving complex technical issues related to Workday integrations using strong analytical skills.
• 5+ years' experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API pattern.
• 3+ years' experience working on Workday Extend.
• 1+ year of experience working on Workday Orchestrate.
• 1+ year of experience with Workday reporting, calculated fields and Studio
• 1+ year of experience with Workday security, Core HCM business processes, and alerts

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop integration solutions between Workday and external systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, HR, finance, or third-party apps).
• Workday Extend: development and configuration of Workday Extend applications.
• Workday Orchestrate: design modular orchestrations, link external APIs (REST, SOAP), process data, and manage error-handling.
• Workday Studio: develop complex integrations with multiple systems and data mappings.
• Leverage Workday Cloud Connect and other connectors to integrate with third-party apps.
• Customize integrations to meet business requirements and Workday best practices.
• Build integration workflows that trigger business processes and enable data synchronization.
• Oversee deployment of integration solutions into production environments.
• Assist with data migration efforts and ensure legacy data is transferred correctly.
• Stay updated with Workday releases and apply necessary updates.
