Job summary

MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group is seeking a Principal HRIS Technology & Integration Lead (Workday) in Sylmar, CA. This on-site, full-time role requires 12+ years in Enterprise Applications with deep Workday expertise to drive architecture, integrations, governance, and platform optimization.

You will partner with HRIS, HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, manage releases, and ensure data integrity and security

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience supporting Enterprise Applications.
• Significant hands-on experience working within Workday environments.
• Strong experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, integrations, and related enterprise processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns.
• Experience designing integrations using APIs, middleware, interfaces, and data flows.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution and technical architecture for Workday and related enterprise applications.
• Design scalable, secure, and integrated Workday solutions across HCM, Benefits, and Finance.
• Own and guide the Workday technology roadmap in line with IT objectives.
• Design, develop, govern, and support Workday integrations and data exchanges.
• Oversee security administration, RBAC, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate with HRIS, HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Lead current- and future-state assessments and roadmap development.
• Oversee releases, testing, deployments, and change management.
• Monitor performance, data quality, and issue resolution across the Workday ecosystem.
• Drive program delivery practices, governance, and executive reporting.
