Job summary

Bestinfo Systems LLC seeks a Principal IT Business Applications (Workday) to lead architecture across Workday modules, design scalable integrations, and drive end-to-end program governance. The role centers on translating business needs into technical solutions and coordinating HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

You will oversee Workday releases, security administration, and data integrity while guiding vendors and internal teams to deliver optimized functionality and improved user experience.

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of experience with Enterprise Applications and Workday environments (HCM, Benefits, Integrations).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science,Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and integration patterns (APIs, middleware, data flows).
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs using structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), including governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable solution architectures and aligned technology roadmaps.
• Experience partnering with business and IT stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Responsibilities

Job Description:
