Job summary

Workday is seeking a data conversion consultant with complete ERP lifecycle experience in the US healthcare industry. You will lead data conversion efforts, work with ERP systems like PeopleSoft, Lawson, and Epic, and act as the primary customer contact for data conversion initiatives.

Your role requires hands-on ETL experience and strong communication skills to translate client needs into solid technical solutions while guiding projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years in ERP Data Conversion roles or Technical Project Implementation roles with hands-on access to customer systems & data.
• Minimum of 4 years in a senior/lead consulting role across multiple engagements.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tooling and languages (SQL, Stored Procedures, Python, Web Services, XML, XSLT).
• Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into requirements.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer point of contact for data conversion between the project team and customers.
• Lead data conversion activities across ERP projects in Healthcare environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret business needs and translate into technical solutions.
