Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate gross-to-net processing, leading annual MIP bonus and RS vesting, coordinating deadlines with partners, maintaining Workday data, and driving process improvements while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• Through knowledge of payroll policies, practices, and systems.
• 9+ years of payroll experience in a heavy and fast-paced environment with 3+ years of managerial experience.
• Working knowledge of Workday Payroll is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up internal meetings to review payments and ensure gross-to-net accuracy prior to final payroll.
• Payroll project lead on annual MIP bonus processing and RS vesting; verify deferred compensation.
• Coordinate with business partners to enforce deadlines and resolve changes/discrepancies for timely payroll.
• Maintain payroll information in Workday; design systems to collect, calculate and enter complex data.
• Support an employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality, collaboration and high performance.
• Be accessible and provide payroll guidance as a coach to internal colleagues.
• Correct outstanding payroll issues post-processing with management and document adjustments.
• Analyze and review payroll procedures; recommend and implement policy improvements; assign duties to staff.
• Protect confidential payroll information and stay current with policies and payroll organizations.
