Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Workday Payroll integrations.
• Proficiency with Workday Studio, CCPI, PECI, and EIBs.
• Strong XSLT and XML data manipulation skills.
• Solid understanding of payroll data, deductions and taxes.
• Experience delivering agile/ scrum technical assets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end Workday integrations connecting Core HCM and Payroll to third-party providers.
• Build high-complexity Workday Studio integrations to support banking formats and requirements.
• Configure and maintain Core Connector: Payroll Interface (CCPI) and PECI frameworks.
• Utilize Payroll Effective Change Engine for retroactive payroll adjustments.
• Develop EIBs for high-volume inbound data loads (payroll results, tax docs, GL entries).
• Create XSLT code within DT to transform Workday XML for external vendors.
• Build advanced Workday Custom Reports and calculated fields for payroll data.
• Implement error handling and multi-API routing in Workday Studio integrations.
• Develop and maintain secure Integration Security Users (ISU/ISSG).
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver technical solutions from sprint stories.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams through daily stand-ups and Agile activities.
