Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Workday Payroll Senior Consultant to join our HR Strategy & Technology team. You will lead Workday Payroll implementations, enhancements, and optimization across client engagements, translating business needs into effective configurations and designs.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, with travel up to 50% and a commitment to delivering high-quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience supporting or leading Workday HCM implementations or optimization projects.
• 4+ years of experience leading workstreams in Workday implementations with knowledge in 2+ areas of HCM, including configuration.
• Experience participating in at least 2 end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work and clients served.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Payroll implementations, enhancements, and optimization activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate into functional designs and configuration decisions.
• Facilitate client meetings to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Prepare deliverables and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project work.
