Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands‑on Workday HCM experience with Payroll.
• Experience configuring, testing and deploying Workday Payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll compliance, taxes, garnishments and retroactivity.
• Strong analytical and testing-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Workday Payroll solutions, ensuring tax, labor and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design payroll processes.
• Support payroll-related integrations with time tracking, benefits, and accounting systems.
• Execute configuration for earnings, deductions, taxes, retroactivity and off-cycle processing.
• Conduct and support payroll testing (unit, parallel, end-to-end).
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and guide resolution.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure end-to-end payroll operations.
• Assist with documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Stay informed on Workday Payroll releases and new functionality.
