Job summary

Discount Tire is seeking a seasoned HRIS Analyst to design, implement, and maintain Workday integrations across HCM, Benefits, and Payroll. You will lead integration projects, ensure data integrity, and develop complex reports for stakeholders at all levels.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS configuration with Workday, EIB, and Studio expertise, plus XML/XSLT and Web Services skills. Strong SDLC and Agile experience, plus mentoring capabilities, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressive HRIS configuration and integration development, Workday expert.
• Experience with EIB and Studio is required.
• XML, XSLT, Web Services skills are essential.
• Strong SDLC and Agile methodology understanding.
• Proficiency with Office suite and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations across HRIS domains.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations; lead data transfers and implementations.
• Implement updates and enhancements for integrations and reporting.
• Lead projects requiring Workday data transfers and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop advanced reports and dashboards for stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide tiered system support and maintain Workday security structures.
• Collaborate with product owners and HRIS team; promote Agile practices.
• Mentor junior HRIS Analysts and stay current on Workday advancements.
